Return & Replacement Policy for At-Home Test Kits
We want you to feel confident when ordering with us. Our test kits are designed to be safe, reliable, and discreet. Because they are medical products, health regulations mean we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once a kit has shipped. But don’t worry—we’ll always make things right if something goes wrong.
If Your Kit Arrives Damaged or Incorrect
Accidents happen. If your kit is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, let us know within 10 days of delivery. We’ll send you a replacement right away at no cost to you.
If Your Kit Hasn’t Arrived
If your order hasn’t reached you within 10 business days, contact us. We’ll track it down and, if needed, ship you a replacement kit.
If There’s a Problem With Your Sample
Sometimes samples can’t be processed because of collection issues—and that’s okay. We’ll send you one complimentary replacement kit to try again.
